She has a BS in Biology with an emphasis in Molecular Biology from Loyola Marymount University and over five years of experience in bioindustrial manufacturing and strain engineering. Ashley is a subject matter expert in enzyme library design, process optimization, and using liquid handlers to automate lab workflows. Ashley is passionate about project development, workflow mapping, and risk analysis.
