Cat Smith is BioMADE’s Process Management & Enterprise Systems Manager. With a degree in Management, Cat’s career has spanned 12+ years, during which time she worked with industry-leading companies to drive discovery and implementation of holistic business solutions. She brings her expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams, process development, as well as a proven record of successful project management. At BioMADE, Cat will be supporting the Program Teams to establish and refine project lifecycle processes, enable multidisciplinary communication, and support membership-focused framework.
