Christine Castle | Human Resources Business Partner
Christine Castle is the Human Resources Business Partner at BioMADE. She has over 15 years of HR experience with strong collaboration with finance and operations teams. She has worked in a variety of industries including construction, technology, eCommerce/online education, entertainment, and even the food service industry. She has worked for large companies with over 4,000 employees and a team of 20 HR people all the way down to consulting and helping startups build out their policies and procedures and ensuring their infrastructure is scalable and guarantees accountability and collaboration. Christine enjoys building programs and initiates to drive culture, level set expectations, and maximize productivity. She has a BS from San Diego State University.
