Iris Rodriguez | Talent and HR Specialist
Iris is the Talent and HR Specialist at BioMADE. She started her recruiting career in 2000 and branched out into Human Resources in 2011 as an HR Generalist working primarily in non-profit and healthcare sectors. As the Talent and HR Specialist, her role will be to seek out the top talent in our industry, including sourcing for diverse talent in biomanufacturing and bioengineering spaces.
