Jayne Laiprasert | General Counsel
Jayne Laiprasert is General Counsel for BioMADE. Jayne comes to BioMADE after sixteen years in private legal practice, most recently at as a Principal at Bartko Zankel Bunzel & Miller in San Francisco. She previously worked at large international and national firms in San Francisco and Chicago, representing clients of all sizes on a wide array of business issues such as intellectual property, privacy and security, and commercial contracts. Jayne specializes in providing strategic legal advice with a practical prospective, counseling business partners on complex business litigation matters, with an emphasis on patent disputes, data breach and privacy compliance, and licensing. In addition to receiving her J.D. degree from Columbia Law School, she received her Masters in International Public Affairs at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs, and her undergraduate degree with a dual concentration in Biological Sciences and Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
