Jennifer Bledsoe | Director of People and Culture
Jennifer is BioMADE’s Director of People and Culture. She oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and development, DEIA, and HR Operations. She has over thirty years of experience collaboratively leading the Human Resources function in several different industries. Jennifer earned her BA degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and holds PHR, SPHR and SHRM-SCP HR certifications. Jennifer strives to ensure that team members are treated respectfully, honestly, and with a true balance between the needs of the team members and the organization.
