Julie Pelletier | Director of Contracts and Agreements
Julie Pelletier is the Director for Contracts and Agreements for BioMADE. Julie will help build a robust contracting processes and procedures for the BioMADE team and will oversee the administration of contracts to ensure compliance with government, legal, and company procedures and policies. She will also work to ensure the financial and professional goals of BioMADE are met. Julie has deep knowledge of the contracts lifecycle from determining appropriate contract types to negotiation to closeout. For the past three years, Julie has served as the Principal Contracts & Grants Manager for the NASA-sponsored Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA). While at SOFIA, Julie received the Manager of the Year award. Previously, Julie has held procurement, subcontract, and contracts positions at Northrop Grumman. She has extensive experience working on Army, Air Force, and Navy programs, and over 15 years of government contracting experience. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University and a background in Journalism and Public Relations.
