Mike Smanski | Technical Fellow
Mike Smanski is a Technical Fellow at BioMADE and an Associate Professor in Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the University of Minnesota. He has expertise in natural product biosynthesis, metabolic engineering, and synthetic biology. He has a B.S. in biochemistry from UC-San Diego and a PhD in microbiology from the University of Wisconsin. He had a postdoctoral appointment in biological engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
