Bryce Reps | Director of People

Bryce Reps is BioMADE’s Director of People, where he is responsible for building the people, leadership, and organizational capabilities needed to support BioMADE’s mission and continued growth.  

Prior to joining BioMADE, Bryce held senior human resources leadership roles across manufacturing and construction, partnering with business and operational leaders to strengthen organizational performance, develop leaders, and build high-performing teams. Most recently, he led human resources for a $1 billion multi-site manufacturing organization with 1,500 employees across eight facilities.

Bryce holds an MBA from California State University, Stanislaus, is SHRM-CP certified, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Johns Hopkins University.
