Josh Edelstein is the Lead Platform Analyst at BioMADE. He plays a key role in optimizing our Salesforce and DocuSign databases to ensure accurate and efficient data management, enhancement of processes, and effective user training. Josh has experience in a variety of roles in the tech sphere, including technical writing, leading a customer experience team in a unicorn startup, and most recently, Salesforce Consulting. Josh is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and has worked on Salesforce implementations as a developer, business analyst, and system administrator for global businesses in the manufacturing, commerce, and healthcare verticals.
