Steve Panciocco | Chief of Staff to the CTO

Steve is the Chief of Staff to BioMADE’s CTO and Head of Programs. For the last two decades, Steve has worked in Department of Defense related organizations, leading the teams to complete R&D and manufacturing proposals, programs and processes. He has worked in government related organizations for the entirety of his career. In his last role, Steve led the teams responsible for designing and delivering specialty mobility and autonomous vehicles to the U.S. Department of Defense. Steve graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Business Administration and received an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Steve has also obtained CPCM certification through the National Contract Management Association and a PMP certification though the Program Management Institute.
