Christine Hoffman | Director of People

Christine Hoffman is the Director of People at BioMADE where she is accountable for the people strategy. She has more than 15 years of experience as a trusted Business Partner. She has a proven track record of leading enterprise and functional people strategies across small, mid-sized, and large global organizations. Christine has a passion for talent development and empowering employees to achieve their career goals.

She earned her M.S. in Human Resources from Capella University and her B.S. in Psychology from St. Cloud State University.  She holds a SPHR certification.
